The Beeline Art Studio was renamed The Fine Arts Workshop in May 2018. Operating from a fully-equipped studio in Sandton (Johannesburg),  The Fine Arts Workshop
offers Oil Painting, Drawing, Sculpture and Mixed Media with an Art History component. Located in a tranquil environment, the workshop provides the ideal setting for a creative and rewarding experience for artists and beginners alike. Workshops and courses are also offered in Cape Town, Florence (Italy) and now online.

Students have the choice of joining continuous Open Studio Classes (where each student works on their own art works with the teacher’s guidance) or structured courses in either Drawing, Oil Painting, Sculpture , Printmaking or Intermediate Courses in Italy .
The days, venue and times of lessons for January 2019 to October 2019 are: 

  • Open Studio Classes: (currently In-studio and Online via ZOOM) Tuesday, and Thursday morning from 09:00 to 12:30. Riverclub. Cost for 2020: R2400 for term 1 & 2 (10 lessons) and R3360 for term 3 (14 lessons)
  • Foundation Sculpture: Saturdays from 09:00 to 15:30. dates for 2021 pending. R2500 (including clay, excluding firing)
  • Foundation Drawing: Saturday mornings from 09:30 to 13:00 – Dates: 6 February to 1 May.  R4500 for In-studio and R3500 for Online
  • Foundation Painting:  Dates Pending: R 5200
  • Foundation Monotype: Saturday mornings from 09:00 to 13:00. Dates pending: R 4000
  • Intermediate Drawing Workshops: 7 – 10 February 2020, “Translation into Drawing continued….” (invitation open to students who did Translation into Drawing with  in Italy in 2019
  • Intermediate Drawing Workshops: 20 – 24 February 2020, “Everything is Drawing”(invitation open to Open Studio students or those who have competed Foundation Drawing or Painting), 09:00 – 16:00/30 every day, R4100
  • Intermediate Portraiture Workshop: “Atmosphere in Portrait Painting” (invitation open to students who have completed Foundation Oil Painting), 28 February – 1 March 2020: R2300
